Hackajob startup is a new recruitment platform which tries to match the unemployed users with the employers in a bit different way.
Most job marketplaces will want the job seekers to fill out forms with their experience, education and other activies related to their domain of expertise.
With Hackajob though, the unmployed users get to complete challenges specifically created for their domain of expertise in order to get a job.
It’s not a new concept if you think about it. Freelancing websites have implemented tests for their users a few years ago. Hackajob made the entire process more specific, more direct and a lot more interactive.
The startup is based in London and was founded in 2014 by Razvan Creanga and Mark Chaffey.
