Accenture Interactive surveyed 1000 of their customers to find out their content preferences, habits and attitude. All data has been put together in an infographic and according to Donna Tuths (head of digital content, Accenture Interactive) on Adweek, “this study proves that all hinges on quality”.
As you may have noticed from the infographic:
- TV is still being consumed but it’s closely competing with the digital channels.
- In a period in which fake news are circulating on Facebook and source credibility is being put to the test, 34% declared they are still reading newspapers as they consider it their most valuable news source.
- 54% don’t mind watching content even if sponsored by a brand.
- And by 2020, video will make up for 80% of all web traffic.
